Path of Exile: Improve Exalted Orbs Drop Rate

One of the important reasons why ARPG like PoE attract players is that a lot of experience and rewards are enough to drive players to explore in the game. Many players are very interested in how to increase the drop rate of currency and equipment. Some people may be annoyed that PoE Exalted Orbs is not enough. 3.3 Update: BV now have 10 blades, it allows us to drop Spell Echo and use dmg gem instead, I think Inc Crit DMG is good.
