3. [3.3] Incinerate build that actually works!



Incinerate continues to be reworked in POE 3.3, so I have made some small changes towards the build.

Getting high projectile speed and building to consume enough mana to sustain, is not needed, because the new incinerate is not a projectile and also the mana cost continues to be decreased.
