POE 3.0 Templar Build Dual Totem Crit Freeze Pulse Inquisitor

Hi there been playing different variations of this build since Talisman and this is by far the best way to go. I'm moving onto to other builds so gonna share one of my favorite builds since this does not have the best clear speed. It is super safe and can have high or mediocre life pool. Can nearly perma freeze almost everything. Recently just sacrificed around 1500 life for about 75k dps. So you know this build is no where as good with hierophant or any other class the Inevitable Judgment from Ascendancy class makes it where you do not have to use cold penetration and gives you 100% more chance to freeze. Will be doin some videos of boss killing so you can see the potential of this build. I'll most likely be too into playing Prophecy to answer any questions try to follow this guide the best you can.
Important Info gonna play build as league Starter
This build is very cheap can be made with around 5 exalt in currency. Once reach end game and maps lets say around level 70 this is where you want to gear up. Once you make some chaos now is when you want to start looking for gear. First thing you want is either a first snow jewel or a rain of splinters for 3 projectiles on your freeze pulse for better map clears. There's no particular order you should get items whatever you get a deal on first.
Amulet - You want a dex implicit amulet, Citrine amulet is the most ideal since u get extra life off the strength. Your first amulet will be temporary. Dex Implicit 60+ Life with 35+ Crit Multiplier with an open Suffix to craft crit chance when your Elreon is leveled. After getting this amulet you want put up a poe.trade live search for the same thing but with either spell damage or 10+ cast speed. The temporary amulet should run you 3-5c tops. The end game one with cast speed or spell damage will be 10-15c
Boots- 30 Movement Speed 60+ Max Life Double Resist 40+ with open suffix for 3rd Resist Armor Based for Cwdt setup. You may need to get temp ones for a couple chaos with double resist until the right ones are posted for the right prices. End game boots can be from 40c-1exalt
Rings - Diamond rings with life and all resist. I suggest alching diamond rings as soon as you are in maps. You will alch one you will use in end game. Only need 60+ life and 40+ of one resist with one open suffix then can craft the next resist. Build lacks dex so you will need to put a search up for diamond rings 60+ life 35+ dex preferably want one with a resist and open suffix. Don't pay more then 20c for this ring
Body Armor = Always have search up for 6l es armor. Ideal one is Occultist Vestment but anyone es base that will give u easy blue sockets will work. Can get one for around 1ex. Key is be patient when you have currency have many slots to gear.
Gloves - Maligaro's Virtuosity usually cost 5-10c always go for max 36 crit mult on them
Helm - Want es base since gems in helm will be mostly blue. Want 80+ life 2x 40+ resist with open suffix to craft 3rd resist. Cost 25-30c
Belt - Leather belt 100+ life 2 x 40 resist and open suffix Cost 30-45c
Wands - Wands are super cheap since there is no demand for them can get them from 20-40c each for top tier dps wands. Early on you will see overpriced wands don't get discouraged be patient and you will get them at the correct price. First wanna start off with temporary wands since the super good ones take awhile for people to find and I don't think everyone id's wands. Look for 90+ Crit chance to spells usually put search just for this and just look at wands constantly when they are posted. You want 90+ crit 25+ crit multiplier 50+ spell damage and damage to spells any element will give alot of damage but cold is ideal, also cast speed. Temp wand should have 3-4 of these mods end game wand needs all 5 of them on each wand. Temp wands will cost 1-3c each. End game wands will cost from 20c to 1exalt each. Ive done this build many times and most of the time I ended up paying on the lower end. There was those times I wasn't patient and overpaid for wands.
Jewels - Want 15%+ Cold Damage and 7% Increased Max Life Put search for this and 3rd mod can be totem damage, projectile damage, spell dmg , crit multplier, crit multiplier with cold skills, increased damage. Will cost 5-20c each
Also this build is viable as Hierophant the damage will be much weaker but I feel hierophant is more defensive and it adds more clear speed due to 4 totems.

1.Leveling
2.Skill Tree
3.My Current Gear
4.Dps in Hideout with Herald of Ice No Flasks or Vaal Haste
5.Jewels
6.Auras and Curses

1.Leveling

Best to level with firestorm or dual flameblast totem. You can level as freeze pulse totem but won't be as good. Would also require a first snow jewel for better leveling

2.Skill Tree

4500-4800 Life Tree with 170k+ dps (Based off level 100 character)

6200-6500 depending if wear shield 90-100k dps (Based off level 100 character)

3.My Current Gear

When gearing you want gear similar to mine very achievable in new leagues cost ma 10 ex for whole gear setup. This was my gear from 2 Week Flashback. On 8th day I had every piece I needed. This build can roll all mods except ele reflect just takes too long to clear.

4.Dps in Hideout with Herald of Ice No Flasks or Vaal Haste

5.Jewels

Increased maximum Life is a must
Then you want Totem Damage , Cold Damage, Spell Damage, Projectile Damage
As 3rd stat can be Increased Damage, Spell Damage, Increased Global Critical Strike Multiplier, Increased Global Critical Strike Chance or Cast Speed/ Critical Strike Multiplier with Cold Skills/Elemental Skills/ with Spells or while Dual Wielding.

6.Auras and Curses
Will be only running Clarity and Herald of Ice. If goin for 100 or high levels can use Temporal Chains / Blasphemy instead of Herald of Ice to help keep mobs off you.

How to Open Your Poe Mystery Boxes?

How to Open Your Mystery Boxes After purchasing some Stormcaller Mystery Boxes, you can find them in your microtransaction stash in-game waiting to be unwrapped. Note that these Mystery Boxes have random outcomes. Some items are rarer than others. You are guaranteed to get an item that is worth at least what you paid for it (30 points) and it's statistically more likely that you'll receive something of higher value. In this box, the most common item is a Regular Stash Tab. Path of exile've just released the Stormcaller Mystery Box which will be on sale until the end of the Breach Challenge League. Each box grants you one random Stormcaller-themed microtransaction, with value equal to at least that of the box (30 points). Path of Exile: Improve Exalted Orbs Drop Rate

One of the important reasons why ARPG like PoE attract players is that a lot of experience and rewards are enough to drive players to explore in the game. Many players are very interested in how to increase the drop rate of currency and equipment. Some people may be annoyed that PoE Exalted Orbs is not enough. After reading this article, think about it again. Exalted Orbs can drop randomly from mobs, chests, etc. from practically any zone; I don't believe they are limited to maps or other higher-tier zones. The simplest way of increasing your chances to see an Exalted Orb drop is to kill more mobs, open more chests, and turn over more rocks. You can also get Exalted orbs from certain Divination Cards, including Abandoned Wealth which drops in Arsenal and Vault maps, and The Hoarder which can drop in The Belly of the Beast level 1 and 2, The Harvest, and the Vault map. Farming those locations may ostensibly increase your chances. I suppose it's also possible to get...

Path of Exile: Ramble about Endurance Charges

In poe, every day, players from all over the world play in it. Many players choose to share their anecdotes and experiences in the game, so today I want to talk about a thing that is rarely noticed. Both Frenzy and Power charges have plentiful ways to keep them up. So much so that even skills that eat them such as Flicker Strike (Frenzy) or Cold Snap (Power) are easily able to manage them (Cold Snap not being in a good place atm has nothing to do with its charge requirements). But what of Endurance Charges? Well, as Tectonic Slam has recently showcased, the moment endurance charge generation is stressed it just quickly falls apart. Even Juggs struggle to keep T.Slam always at max coverage (and anyone who imagined a Chieftain could keep it up was quickly disabused of that idea). The other specific Endurance-consuming skill in the game - Vigilant Strike - is barely seen (sure it's namelock, but that's not the only reason it doesn't get used). What's more, the met...
