After I search for "Top Tier" inside a build I've many needs that must definitely be met. I would like a build that may obvious ALL content (maps/shaper/lab/atziri + ubers etc). It should be fun and interesting, not cost a remarkable quantity of currency, and be capable of being considered a league starter having the ability to do all content afterwards while you upgrade and invest to your character. On the top of it has to have fast movement or move skills without having to be worried about any weird problems that ruin builds for me personally (for example not having enough mana, dying in a single hit, not missing in single target capacity, etc.)
Overall locating a build that meets me and it has many of these things can definitely be considered a tall to fill. Fortunately, I've perfected the 2nd build within my series that matches all of the criteria... the reave/Blurry physical champion build which inserts me just like perfectly! We do hope you all enjoy!

Can be decently expensive to fully min/max yourself for end game gear

Quick Leveling Guide
- Cleave may be used to level the whole way until level 38 when you are getting multistrike. 4 Link it when you are able with the onslaught, melee physical damage, and Maim.
- Generate a 4 link Blade flurry for single target with melee Phys dmg, conc effect, ele dmg with attacks.
- Use any 1 hands rare weapon most abundant in flat Phys dmg onto it. Crit/Attack speed don't matter much at this time though I personally don't like slow weapons personally. Base is not important whatsoever here either. Claws, Swords, Daggers w/e is okay while EARLY leveling. When you need leech, you must have a claw for soul raker passive.
- Use ornament from the east claw once you can and upgrade to bloodseeker claw once you can next.
- For armour pieces (helm/chest/boots/mitts etc) just attempt to get enough res and then any existence you are able to.
- Make use of a mana flask until your mana leech is a good example to take care of your skill. Specifically for boss fights that you will exhaust mana rapidly.
- If it's not the beginning of a league Celeron jewellery while leveling is wonderful. Together with your normal levelling uniques for example Goldrim, wanderlust, tabula etc.

*NOTE 2* Since Farruls chest is no longer able to be obtained I would slide a blood rage gem into setup somewhere.
No No Map Mods
- Ele/Phys Reflect is by far the worst. Especially now that instant leech does not exist with the nerfed VP. Do NOT run either of these
- No Leech is a bad idea, you have to rely on life flask for all healing and deal with almost no mana ever.
- Temp Chains maps are possible but I cannot stand them. Unless it is the very start of a league I will roll over temp chains every single time without fail. Anything that makes me slower is terrible!
Enchants
Mitts - NONE! Spiked Mitts implicit is better you will get. If you don't have Spiked mitts then get w/e you would like.
Boots - Two-Toned boots are among my top picks if you will find a rugged pair, the additional resists help much. Leech/elevated attack + cast speed is generally high-quality ones too only work for those who have wiped out Lately (within last 4 seconds) so doesn't work with single target bosses that are probably the most important.
Helm - 12% elevated reave radius is BiS. Could possibly get 40% elevated blade flurry damage, however, the left radius is certainly a great deal better as our damage has already been completely insane.
Bandit
Help Alira for the 5 mana regen/s, 15 to all resists, and 20% crit multi
Ascendancy Points
Unstoppable Hero > Fortitude > Conqueror > Worthy Foe
Pantheon
Minor God - Shakari. I simply like the reduced chaos dmg, caustic cloud dmg, and immune to poison.
Major God - Soul of Solaris is the one I run. Reduced Ele dmg, additional phys dmg reduction, less dmg from area dmg hits, cannot be hit by more than one crit every 4 seconds etc.
Feel free to change this as needed or use whatever other Major god you would like if Brine King is not for you.
