PoE 3.3 Elementalist Build | Use Poet's Pen

This build uses Lightning Warp and Arc, socketed in 2x The Poet's Pen wands, to be able to speed-obvious maps. Build Mechanics

Poet's Pen
The Poet's Pen wand triggers a socketed spell when utilizing a panic attack (Default attack, Craze, Barrage). If holding two Poet's Pens, one spell from each wand is triggered concurrently when a panic attack can be used. Each Poet's Pen spell includes a cooldown of .25ms. Which means that you can't concurrently trigger exactly the same spell socketed in 2 Poet's Pens (i.e. basically have ball lightning in Pen#1 and ball lightning in Pen#2, just one is going to be cast per attack).

This Elementalist ascendancy node really helps make the build tick. Elemental proliferation enables the build to shock entire packs of monsters - without them, Arc would only shock 7 monsters within the pack. Mind over Matter
This node has great synergy using the Mind from the Council helmet, especially as this build shocks opponents a large number of occasions per second. Must I play this build being an Ascendant?

Ascendant - Elementalist only will get 10% minimum shock. Ultimately, this will cause the Ascendant form of the build to simply achieve about 20-25% shock against endgame bosses.
