Leveling is very smooth once you can equip Brutus’ Lead Sprinklers (at level 28). Damage is insane because of Berserker ascendancy and close to broken leach from Cloaked in Savagery. Bosses drop dead in matter of seconds due to projectile overlapping from molten strike which makes this build excellent boss killer/farmer.

Helmet - Eternal Burgonet
What is important on helmet is enchant, we want additional molten strike projectiles. Any base works as long as you can get enchant. Sadly, this enchant is kind of expensive, increased molten strike damage works too.
Body Armour - Astral Plate
High life, at least 40+ strength and resistances. We literally need strength on every piece we can get since it scales our damage and life.
Gloves - Spiked Gloves
Look for Spiked Gloves base, since it gives us most damage. Pair it with attack speed, strength and some life to get most out of them.
Boots - Titan Greaves
Life, strength, at least 25% increased movement speed and some resistances.
Left Ring - Two-Stone Ring
Weapon elemental damage, strength, life, accuracy and resistances are all perfect options for the build. Combining all of them in one ring will be expensive. Pick 3 or 4 of these stats in a ring, depending on what you lack the most.
Right Ring - Two-Stone Ring
Weapon elemental damage, strength, life, accuracy and resistances are all perfect options for the build. Combining all of them in one ring will be expensive. Pick 3 or 4 of these stats in a ring, depending on what you lack the most.
Amulet - Xoph's Blood
BiS amulet for the build. Any rare will work just fine till you can afford Xoph’s Blood.
Belt - Heavy Belt
Look for heavy belt with high strength, weapon elemental damage, life and resistances. All necessary stats.
1Hand Weapon - Brutus' Lead Sprinkler
Nothing much to tell here, core item we build around. Without 2 of these sceptres build is impossible.
Offhand - Brutus' Lead Sprinkler
Jewel - Wildfire
We need 2 of these.  Place them in jewel sockets close to Marauder and Templar area. It is important to place them in these 2 specific slots for them to work.
Jewel - Inertia
We need 2 of these to convert some dexterity into strength when we travel into ranger area to boost our damage.
Jewel - Crimson Jewel
% increased Damage

Very nice defensive flask. You can swap any elemental resistance flask here. Depends on your encounter.
